Disappointed about the creases and how small the map is for the price .

Thank you for leaving us a 5-star review despite the issues you encountered. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience regarding the creases that appeared during transit. When you contacted me to let me know about the creases I asked for a photo to verify the damae done in transit however you said you were able to get them out.
It's great to hear you were able to remove the fold marks successfully.
Unfortuantely some items do get damaged in transit but we're grateful for your handling of the situation.
