Storage Pocket Installation Instructions:

Your pockets are attached with at least 2 full length adhesive Velcro strips. Make sure to adequately clean your mounting surface before mounting your pocket. You can use Isopropyl Alcohol, Methylated Spirits, or Wax & Grease remover to clean the mounting surface.
 The below photo is an example. Your storage pocket may have more than 2 full length strips of velcro.



Lead Time:

All of our Caravan Storage Pockets are hand made with love. Unlike other storage pockets on the market, ours are not mass-produced. Our typical lead time is currently 3-4 Business days. 

 

On a time constraint?

We can send our range of Caravan Storage Pockets to Australia Post Offices and Caravan parks. Please just check with the owners before placing your order.

Cheap look. Vinyl cut crooked, does not cover the whole board and it is stapled down.

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your purchase.

Our caravan storage pockets are handmade, which means each one has a unique touch. I understand your concern about the cuts, but from the photo you supplied, I believe the pocket will look perfectly fine once mounted, as any imperfections with the cut won't be visible.

Regarding the material coverage, it's designed to be efficient and functional. Covering the whole board would increase costs and reduce the effectiveness of the Velcro tabs. However, we can discuss a custom order if you prefer a fully covered board.

Not sure what your concern regarding the staples is.

There is also a photo in the product description that shows that the material is stappled on the back and that the material doesn't cover the whole board.

We've reached out to you via email to offer a full refund, including return postage, but we haven't heard back. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed.
