Ordered on the 8th. Posted on the 15th . Received on the 23rd . Also received 2 tracking notices but neither worked.

We understand the importance of dispatching orders quickly however in this instance we had a delay which we notified you in advance by email that there would be a delay with your order. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a reply so it is possible that it landed in your Spam or Junk folder.

Regarding the tracking errors:
We have had 0 communication from you to let us know that the tracking link wasn't working and as such we didn't know about the tracking errors until you made this review. Had of we known we could have investigated and fixed it for you, however, we can't help anyone if we aren't made aware of what's happening.
For future reference please contact us so that we can assist you. We go above and beyond to help our customers including out of hours and on the weekends.
We have sent you a follow up email and called you to check in to see if there's anything we can do to make things right but we once again have not heard back from you.
